Patient signup now available with the "Join Helix Internal Medicine" Button!
- You can now sign up to be a patient of the Helix Internal Medicine Program
- You can pay the program fee, review contracts, and join the practice
- We are currently enrolling our first Helix Internal Medicine patients!
Reduced Program Fees for additional household members
- $2000 per year for the primary joiner, and $1800 for each additional household member who joins at the same time
Insurance Credentialing Status:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield - now participating!
- Aetna - now participating!
- UnitedHealthcare - now participating!
- Cigna, Humana, Medicare, Tricare - still in process
Patient Records:
- Once you are enrolled as a patient, we will discuss next steps in requesting and organizing your patient records
